Chimay Bleue: a dark Trappist beer from Belgium. And according to Wikipedia, it's not only good for the palate, but it's good for the soul too: "As with all other Trappist breweries, the beer is only sold in order to financially support the monastery and some other good causes [...] charities and for community development around the region." Yay!

I had been camping along the Buffalo River during a weekend trip with friends... We had been fishing the whole day, water was icy cold, mornings were frosty, but that afternoon after fishing all day long. I had the best thirst quenching taste of beer that I had EVER had in my life...
And I am a beer loving gal!
That was honestly the best a beer had ever tasted.
