You may try the computer program called Quicken 2005. You can put all your income and spending into the program and it gives you a better idea of where all your money goes every month.
As far as shopping goes. Only buy what you need. On payday, pay all your bills first and then whatever is left over split in half and put half in savings and have fun with what is left. If you have credit cards, then call them and cancel any extra insurance or other extras and request them lower your interest rates. When you get a new bill with the changes pay double the amount is shows as minimum payment.
It also helps to set a goal. If your shopping habit is crazed then only bring a set amount of money and leave the cards and check book at home. You can only spend what's in your pocket right? Also, stop borrowing money. You may go shopping with your friends and say that sweater looks nice I want it, but I only have $20 and it cost $30. Don't borrow to cover the difference. You will have to pay that money back. As far as your choice in moving, go for it, if you are financially prepared to do it. College? Excellent choice, start and see it through and graduate. Don't go half way and quit. Procrastination will kill you. I find that if I do as much everyday as I can then towards the end of the week or month I will have a completely free day or two where I am not kicking myself in the but for having put something off until the weekend. If your mind is always racing, start writing down everything you are thinking of. Make lists of good things and bad things and then try to write down a bunch of solutions. If you can't think of any then ask your boyfriend if he has suggestions to help solve your unanswered questions.
Last but not least, good luck in the future, and realize that the only person in charge of your life is you. Don't let anyone tell you that you cant do something. You can do anything.

U have the answer in your question. You need extensive scheduling. Get a planner...USE IT! and as for a job prehaps work at night if u feel safe and save 1 check and spend the other if you get paid bi weekly. get a prepaid credit card and everymonth put $100 on it and the nyou'll ahev a little shopping money. And once your out , you're out! At least then, you wont owe any money to a CC bill and it'll help you structure a little. Like buy shoes this month and an outfit next month. Online classes are great as far as flexibility & time management goes. Try to get into a program that offers financial aid. (hope u qualify)....umm Ashford University Online does (HINT HINT) and they run classes every 5-6 weeks so that'll keep you from procrastinating. you wont have time to or you'll fail the class. gl.

Ok, well the first thing you need to do, is try to figure out what hole you are trying to plug in your spirit, by filling it with shopping for things that you don't need, or didn't even want, really, but shopping fills a hole of some kind for you, and until you can identify the source of the "hole", you can't get to the source of the "whole". You would do alot better to get some professional help for this, instead of asking in an internet forum, shopaholism is a serious problem....at the very least, you should ask yourself, before you buy something you probably don't need, if buying this will get you any closer to your goals, or really make you feel better about your self in the end, and if the answer is no, then ask yourself what would bring you closer to your goals and help you feel better about yourself in the end, and go do that, whatever the answer is....
You are choosing to sabotage yourself..... why?

Yeah you really need help to sort out your business. A good way to start would be by purchasing an organizer where you could schedule your days, weeks, and months( so you wont forget anything and that you will have everything in place).

Another good way is to sit down with a professional or a friend or even by yourself one day and figure out all your expenses and what you need to spend on each (NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO SPEND) and how much you can afford to save. Make sure you make a reasonable budget don't over extend yourself.

By getting your priorities straight I'm positive you will get out of your burdens unscathed.

Man you have some energy Wildy. Is your impatience for results at the heart of some of your confusion? Maybe your mind is always racing because you set such high targets. Chill out a bit, breather in the air, love you bf, just cool it a bit. The problem with unrealistic expectations is that they can NEVER be met, which causes more problems and on it goes.

Tell yourself you are going to all this stuff. For the money situation start a checking and savings account. Put about 20% of your check in savings and do not touch it. You better really love your bf if you are going to move away with him. Good Luck with your life.
