21/20 *65/1= make the 20 a 4 and the 65 a 13
21 * 13=273/4= 68 1/4 revolutions in 65 minutes.

Well to make this easier this is what you do:
Since it is a fraction, turn it to a decimal by dividing the numerator by the denominator.
After you do that you get .05. So five-hundredths becomes the decimal part of the rpm (revolutions per minute) and you have 1.05 RPM.
Since its asking how many revolutions in 65 minutes, multiply your 1.05 by 65 (1.05 x 65)... you do this because the wheel makes one and a half revolutions for per minute and thats only ONE minute... so like i said, multiply it by 65 to get you answer.
All in all:
1 1/20 = 1.05
1.05 x 65 = 97.5
Your answer is 68.25 rotations OR 69 FULL revolutions if it wants full revolutions.
In all, your answers could be 68.25 or 68 1/4 because those are both the same.
It could also be 68 if the tests asks for full revolutions

68 and 1/4 is the answer. You solve it by doing 21/20 X 65 = dived by 1. I promise its the right answer i did it last year. All the others are wrong
