He's right, it was Radar most of the time. But there were a couple of others too: 1) Todd Sussman (the kid who needed a nose job early in the first season) was one of the other voices of the PA system.... 2) Sal Viscuso, who was a wounded patient who tried to bribe BJ into letting him stay in Korea rather than get shipped home because he was making a ton of money on the black market

It sounds like Radar... but if it is someone else... possibly the actor/character name would be listen on the movie data base sight....
