If I came upon a bunch of hillbillies sipping moonshine and watching a live body burn to death, I would quietly turn around, slip away and hook up with Burt Reynolds because he has the gun and the raft and I have obviously somehow slipped into the movie "Deliverance."
You should talk to a therapist about that paranoia thing.

i don't need to read in order to answer this question.
if you need people to do some reading, then most likely you want people to react in some other way than would be instinctive.
i suggest everyone do the above exercise and instead of just 'watching a live body' burn to death, imagine it's someone you know.
the reaction you feel for that situation is the right one...

I wasted 7 minutes of my life watching that video. It clearly states and shows that they burn an effigy. Even the narrator acknowledges that there is no evidence of human sacrifice.
I saw a bunch of rich old men getting together, some acting like fools.
Then I saw a bunch of hippies protesting the rich old men.
But to answer your original question, of course I would report any crime, especially murder.
Your question is misleading and the information that you reference contradicts your own statement.
