Happy??? good god man NO!! I'm having a self loathing day today....my boobs are too big, my belly is stretched beyond recognition, my double chin is adding years to me and my bloody hair just won't do as it's told & keeps getting worse!! the surgeon would have a field day with me.......although I might love myself again tomorrow.......

Not exactly happy but since i'm not deformed in any way I'd say no. If there's something wrong you fix it without surgery or you live with it.

I would certainly go for a tummy tuck but it's pretty expensive so maybe next year
