8 and 1/2 - 11 on weekends

I would think at least 6-8 hours of good sleep should be\just fine.

i try to get @ least 7.. hopefully 8 or 9..but i know people that go on about 5 a day and do ok....everybodys different and some people can handle 5 a day ...some cant function without 10 a day ...

usually 5-6 hours...late night followed by an early morning..nothing less than typical
