There is nothing wrong with wanting to explore YOUR heritage, you can always take an Arabic class (if you don't already speak Arabic), study history of the Middle East (it isn't all bad) or learn how to cook some traditional Algerian meals. If you want try to include your husband and children in these activities. Just remember no matter how much you learn about yourself or people you meet nothing will ever be able to replace the love you get from your family.

Well, not sure of your question. But be proud of your roots. Explain to your kids what your nationality and now theirs mean and all the wonderful things. Nothing wrong with it at all, you shouldn't feel weird. But proud of what you have to offer. Culture is a valuable thing. =)

Er, you should have thought of that when you married the guy. Sounds like you are mentally prepared to be in that kind of situation. But many families of mixed marriages have similar situation, seek them out.

why should you feel weird?
if you do its because the issue is big in your head.
why don't you celebrate it and think of it as unique.
Habibi your beautiful! and most likely sexy.
its the inside that makes us different. why don't you look at the similarities instead.

Who cares? I don't care? Do you care? What's there to worry about? I'm sure they look something like you, you're their mother. Your families happiness is most important, not how you all look :-)

Take your kids to the beach a lot and make them darker than you.

Who's choice was that to get married ? or were you forced into it? this question always comes up, always the same, the answer is always the same, but, you people don't get it, do you?

No one forced you into interracial marriage, this was of your choosing.
