If you truly want to be away from him then let it lie. You are not with him anymore, Now suing him would be more out of greed. Don't be greedy, be glad you are out and free, if it was that bad.

Well Alisia I have news for you: Weather he's your Ex or not, he raped you. go to the nearest police precinct and press charges. Almost all States abide by the laws of rape now, Ex husband or not. He'll be charged with rape. I do know of one girl in Minneapolis. Minn that did this, her Ex hubby is now serving seven years for forced sex on her, rape in any language.

Not at all, did you tell anyone about this or did you write this down, did you tell your doctor, if not it may be hard to prove, but if you stick by your story and get a good solictor, you should have no problem, i had the same thing happen to me, goodluck.

The liklihood of winning is next to none. What he did is rape...whether people are maried or not... you may have the right to file a criminal complaint.... but if you expect money...I doubt it will happen.

uh, let it go. it's a he said/she said and the courts are probably going to look at it like you're trying to get revenge. IF there is a "history" of behavior you MIGHT have a shot.
