C-C is non-polar (equal pull on each C)
Due to the strong electronegativity of C and N in the remaining bonds, they are all polar.

In order of strength (strongest polar bond first):
N-H, C-H, C-N, C-C

The N-H bond is the most polar because it has hydrogen bonding. H bonded to N, O, or F forms strong, polar bonds. The other ones are nonpolar.
