It's weird because as you're going through something you're thinking "I've done this before" but you can't actually say what will happen next, only after the event do you say "i knew that was going to happen" or "I knew you were going to say that" so I don't think it's a case of re-living an episode just a trick of the mind.

I read an article once on de ja vous and aparently its all to do with the brain registering things at different times, so it makes you think you have been in this situation before, maybe im not making any sense but its just what I have read.

I've had many instances of deja vu. My most recent one was while I was at school in class, all of a sudden, it felt like we'd already had class like this. I don't remember which class it was, but we'd never even talked about that subject.

My favorite one was where me and my boyfriend were driving up to another city and deja vu hit. It was liked we'd had that conversation and been going to that city like that before.

Isn't deja vu interesting?

When I went on holiday to Israel I went to a Chinese Restaurant, and had a strange creepy experience as if I had been there before, but I know I had never been there

I think most people have experienced this. It's a very strange feeling when it's actually happening though.

I have de'ja vous every day, just split seconds of randomness...... pegging out washing, talking to someone, etc..... I think its from dreams mainly, you can see split seconds of the future.
