Soak/rinse in water.

The "stain" you are refering to is an actual encrusting of salts from your bod on the shirt/pants/etc. Water will lift it right out. Just remember to let is soak for a bit before washing it.

I would use CLR. CLR is a powerful formula for dissolving tough calcium and lime deposits and surface rust stains form tubs, toilet bowls, sinks, glass, chrome, fiberglass and stainless steel. If it can get rid of calcium and lime deposits it should work on salt.
