As far as I know, all of their subsidiaries carry the Exxon or Mobil (or both) names in their title. I posted a link to their website that shows all of their products and services.
Their markets are mainly Fuel (as if you didn't know that!) and Lubricants. They also have some chemical divisions.

FYI, their recent 10k filing for the first quarter of 2007 shows a net income of $9.28 Billion (up $800 million from first quarter of last year). No wonder our gas prices just went over $3.00 gallon!
