I would bake another cake
so at least if the cake has no frosting

I´d be happy because frosting is too much sugar...and sugar is the WORST for your diet! :)

I wouldn't eat cake but I guess you could have a piece without it!!!
That right there removes a good bunch of fat and sugar!!!
