Baldness rarely has anything to do with stress or 'build-up' (what is it you think builds up or doesn't build up?)
Many bald men are bald due to a recessive allele (form) of a gene carried on the X chromosome. They only have one X (paired with a Y), and so have no chance of having a dominant allele of that gene - if they get the recessive one, they go bald.
Women who get this recessive allele typically have the dominant allele on their other X. But not always. Take for example a father who has the balness-allele and a mother who carries it (and therefor is not going bald herself). Half of their female children will have two copies of this recessive gene ... and lose their hair in often the same pattern/degree as men!

first of all women can go bald. Some doing it with a nervous condition that they tug on the hair, including eyelashes and eyebrows. Since men are predisposed to the Cheney look, it is a testosterone thingie. I have a small bald spot myself (don't tell anyone!!)

Women don't typically go bald, but they do occasionally. They also get a condition called alopecia which can cause them to go totally bald or just in spots depending on the type of alopecia they have. Though men & women get this condition, it can be brought on by stress among other things.

Carpe,
My brother started going bald when he was a senior in HS. My father had the same problem - quickly receding hairline. My father may have had some stress but, trust me, my brother was a free spirit! No stress there at all. I'm no expert, I'm sure that someone here has the answer. Good question!

It is determined by the constitution of that head/bodily how that individual incorporates it. Even a feminine can look both horny like Natalie Portman, Demi Moore or might look like a drug addict. When I appear at Wrestling indicates, many of the guys there hv. bald hair (for factors good recognized lah...) a few looks well even as a few looks alternatively "fierce butch like". Not horny in any respect. I as soon as noticed this man, he is bodily no longer unpleasant. But bcs of his bald hair & dried scalp, typically he scratches it because of the warmness. It makes him look messy and far older. Your Q's is rather like asking do females look extra horny wth quick hair or lengthy hair or.. bald XD?

Women do go bald, it's usually a heredity problem but some are related to health issues. And yes, we are born multi taskers and we can deal with stress better.

Baldness isn't caused by stress.
The condition is considered a genetic and hormonal one that is passed from the mother to the son.

Stress is not related to hair-loss. 8th grade science class told you it is related to testorone levels. That is correct
