Oh we had our fun. 14 Years later we are still in each others lives though we are married to others.

Yes, I had a first love, and even though things didn't work out, 14 years later we are still friends. I wouldn't take it back because it taught me how to get up & dust myself off after heartbreak. Every experience in life can be a lesson learned.

if i had to go back, yes i would most definitely fall for the same guy i did then. but if i knew what i know now, i may have done things differently.
i don't think i miss it because i am with my husband now and am madly in love with him.
but it is nice to remember back. sometimes it might make you laugh and sometimes it might make you cry.

in retrospect i truly beleive no scratch that i know for a fact that i never ever was in love and you cant miss what was never yours and i for damn sure wouldnt turn back time for that because i learned so much now i know what i need its the getting what i need thats going to be hard

Your first love is just that--your first love. Usually when you find him/her, you THINK you know what you want. You act giddy and often try to please him/her to keep him/her around.

It's immature. You learn to be co-dependent, not healthy in a relationships at all.

I'm married to my third love. We've both independent, but we love each other dearly. We have a VERY healthy relationship.

I would NEVER go back to my first love.

I married my first love. We were together for 11.5 years. I had to leave because he became abusive. If I knew what I knew now, I never would have married him.
