Call his parents and then take him to a doctor. Babies can get dehydrated very quickly. Don't feed him any fruit in the mean time.

Regardless of why hes vomiting if you can't get him to take in any liquid and keep it down he may be dehydrated at this point. Call his parents and his doctor. You may need to take him into the office or go to the ER. he could have swallowed something icky or gotten food poisoning. he doesn't have to have a fever for this to be serious. don't delay, get him medical help.

have faith it or no longer incredibly some medical doctors do no longer understand each and every of the reward of breast milk and much nevertheless think of formulation is merely as reliable. If he's breaking out on formulation he does not like it. Breast milk is the terrific ingredient for him. If he's not gaining any weight perhaps start up him on some cereal 6 months is the youngest age they could start up. blend it with breast milk and make it quite watery. reliable success

best thing to do is calm down
then dont give him anything for an hour
let his tummy rest
if in an hour he is awake give him like a table spoon of pedilight
then waite another hour
if you put anything inhis tummy while it is all upset it will get the acid flowing making him sicker
just stay calm and hold him and make him comfy for an hour then try small amount of fluids
let me know how this works for you if you tried it
good luck

Erm, you tried seeing a doctor? Seriously, the internet ISN'T the place for a problem like this!
Get that child to a doctor!

EDIT: A thumbs down for that? Seriously, if nothing has worked, a doctor NEEDS to be consulted! It seems like every answer that says see a doctor has had a bad rating, but that is where the child needs to be!

give his stomach a rest for a few hours. probably a flu bug. After that he can sip on water...Only sip...no juice or formula. After he holds the water down for about 4 hrs you could get him some pedialight or a popsicle for fluids. I wouldn't get any food in his system until he has gone about 6 hrs w/o vomiting. He could have some formula then.

Get him to the ER as soon as possible. If he can't hold anything down, he'll get dehydrated very quickly. As a mom yourself, I'm surprised you're asking us what to do, when you probably went through this with the baby's mom or dad.

Try Gatorade to keep him hydrated. My oldest daughter threw up more than any child I've ever seen. Kids will eat when they are ready and hungry. Keep him from getting dehydrated.

You should take him to see a pediatrician immediately. He could have a flu or food poison.
