I remember this song from radio say during 1973-1974. I seem to recall that the man's voice reminded me of Buck Owen's voice. Does anyone know the song name or who sings it?

Although I can't remember the name of the artist, I believe the next line (and possibly the title of the song) is "Good Time Charlie's Got The Blues" Hey, found it!
