The only betta that I know of that would be able to fit a goldfish or guppy in its mouth would be a betta on STEROIDS. A betta's mouth is a little smaller than a pea! Feed the betta flake food or pellets as a staple diet. Then, if you want to give it a treat, I would feed it some freeze dried blood worms or brine shrimp. You can buy this food for much cheaper than guppies or goldfish and it will last much longer! Good luck!

Though the fish foods are meant for different species, the basic nutrients remain the same with extras for the different breeds. Your fish will be fine on gold fish food but if you want a really happy and healthy companion, then i would suggest you restock on ur Betta food supply!

Sure NO. The betta could also get used to this kind of food although it is NOT the BEST for it. Or the betta will not eat it. Anyway the betta would not be harmed. But try to stick to betta food which contains the need nutricion as well as ingredients to keep its colours bright and shiny !

Get Beta Bites. They will also eat Blood worms. But Beta bites are as easy as Gold fish food. No don't feed him Gold fish food, he will not eat it nor will it give him what he needs to live.

Not at all. I have a Beta and had a half container of goldfish food and let the Beta finish it off. I'm sure it has a lot of the same components.
