Do you deserve to lose her? Obviously! 2 reasons:
1) Only idiots use lazy-a$$ "leet speak" when they type. This alone would get your resume immediately tossed in the garbage at most jobs because it's the epitome of laziness, not cool. This kind of laziness infiltrates other critical aspects of being a decent boyfriend, so why wouldn't she dump you?
2) The fact that you have to ASK if you deserve to lose her automatically means you do. You knew the answer before you even asked the question. The fact that you asked anyway shows you're just looking for attention, and no girl wants a whiny, needy boyfriend - sick or not.

Sounds like you're still in a mess.
Take time out to get yourself 'fighting fit' again. By then - if she loves you as you say, and you still fancy secondhand goods - she will probably be back with you. If not then your illness was probably a blessing in disguise and stopped you making a right fool of yourself.
My bet is that as soon as you are well enough to handle a relationship physically and psychologically that you will be the apple of some other young lady's eye and well rid of this one.

Well, it's hard to answer this without a few more details... BUT, if you werent' up front with her on why things were going on or why things were different (due to your illness).... she may have seen you as pulling away from her or hiding something. Which, technically, you were. You should talk to her and let her know what was going on at the time and fill her in now. That's my opinion

yah....doesnt sound like love. If you were sick and you told her you were sick........that should have been all she needed to hear to stick by your side........you dont abandon a loved one when they are sick.
Or.....you arent telling the whole story.
Either way you look at it........MOVE ON!!! The longer you hold on to how you shouldn't have lost her.....the more heartache you are causing yourself.
IF she still "loved" you....she would be "wit" you and not "sum1else"!!

deserve? not the right choice of sentiment, but, why are you 'exes'? did your friends or family make her go away?
did she try to get in touch with you and learn about your welfare? maybe you and your family could at least explain...surely, that is a start. you can try amends but being sick isnt an excuse to exclude completely. try your best dear.
hope you get better

Shes already with someone else man... If you think you can get her back.. go for it. but its not a question over whether or not you deserve to lose her or not.. its Whether or not she'll choose you. since you werent able to explain it to her... she was probably hurt and i dont know the whole story. but, since shes already with someone else... i dont know. Dont do something rash like try to kill their relationship. you've got to talk to her about it. :] Smile a bit. if she still loves you, she'll come back.

properly its complicated to tell in case you need to lose her or not because of the fact we dont understand what that mess is, yet while it became undesirable then possibly, anybody merits a 2d probability, its all in what she thinks nevertheless, merely how she feels can determin that

Yes you do. Not fully disclosing all of the facts is the same as lieing. She is gone and happy. Was your illness mental. If it was she suspected and that is why she is gone.
