They do, but I'm okay with it. I don't try to outsmart them either. They have some kind of system administrator that can track user web sites. A guy got fired for surfing porn.
Breaking a filter isn't something worth losing your job over. I can visit any site at home that I want to.

yes, they even monitor the use of each user, and print out a report every two weeks, few have been fired, for unblocking and going to play while on company time, after first warning
