That depends on how you feel toward the cute boy. Just because a boy is cute does not mean he knows how to kiss well. Does this cute boy brush and floss his teeth often? If not, is that a person you want to kiss? There's nothing nice about kissing a person if you know they have bacteria growing in their mouths. A young guy who looks good looking may not pay enough attention to his personal hygeine. If his mother or sister remind him to be cleaner, guess what, he's probably not grown up enough to be kissing anyone.
If he does not think to use lip moisturizer or hand lotion before he tries to get closer to you, guess what, he has not considered what may feel good for you and has a great deal to learn about male-female relationships.
If a boy does not have much experience with females he may not feel confident kissing, either. He may even ask a friend, older brother, or cousin, advice about how to kiss. The sad fact is - his friend, older brother, or cousin may think they know how to but really don't.
It takes time for males to understand females better. It takes time for females to understand males better. If a guy kisses you too hard at first, you may feel like he is invading your personal space. If this happens, tell him to stop. If he tries to touch any other part of your body before your mind is ready, tell him to stop.
But all in all, if you really like a boy and he kisses you, it's possible you may feel just a little dizzy with his first kiss. That's quite normal. It does not mean you should continue. If you decide to share a kiss, you do not have to do anything else with him. A first kiss can feel special because it's a first kiss.
Be cool and listen to your "inner voice". Remember...you have the rest of your life after 21 to enjoy a first kiss with a different person who will not need to go to mom or dad to get money to pay for your milkshake.
