my limit for anyone that put me on hold,is 5 mins. and i do watch the clock. This includes when my Doctors office calls.

live in such a small town, they answerer, and most of the time recognize our voice's, which amazes me, but 2 minutes is the most I'd ever wait, even if calling Doctor's office

2 minutes is the rule of thumb. Then you call back and ask for the branch manager and tell him/her what happened.
