Give up caffeine. Don't take naps during the day. Exercise regularly -- if you have worked out, you will be tired enough to get a good night's sleep. Try to sleep on a regular schedule. Those are lifestyle choices that will help you. I've had trouble sleeping myself -- I'm a very restless sleeper. The above has worked for me. You can also try to read something fairly boring or slightly difficult right before bed. Like some classical literature. Good night & good luck!

I dont think he needed the pills. You might need to give it to him if he just has trouble staying asleep. It is 5 in the afternoon. He has time to try again.
