The self centered and delusional George Walker Bush will end up passing the buck to the next President who takes power after he is gone. He is doing nothing to try to end the War in Iraq as the corruption of the Bush Administration is there to help the big Oil Companies all get their share of the Oil and as well as to make money for those who supply the ammunitions and equipment for the American Military Complex.

The Bush Administration will go down as the most corrupt Administration in the history of the United States and will make the Nixon scandal of the seventies look good compared to Bush and his corruption.

The quickest way to end a war is to lose it.

Last I heard, this was going to be a long-term thing. Right now we're stuck in a contest of wills, President Bush vs. Democratic Congress. President Bush wants to move a certain way, it gets blocked by Congress and they try to move a different way, which gets blocked by the President.

I think if any politician was doing everything they could to end the war, we'd have every soldier and military instructor we have in there to stomp out attacks before they happen (when possible, I know it's not easy) and to train every willing Iraqi how to protect himself and his family from punks who'd kill their neighbor to prove a point.

When that happens, we win, war's really over, and we get to stay the good guys :)

No, he almost certainly intends to corner the Dems into either breaking thier promise to end the war, or ending it in a way that looks enough like a military defeat to reflect badly on them. Failing that, sure, hand it off to the next guy.

He is indeed, dragging his heels on Iraq.. of course as he delays, more and more of our young people die. Does that bother him? Appartently not!

The longer he can draw this out.. the sooner he will be gone and then he can say it was someone elses fault.

However, history has never forgotten or forgiven Nixon.. so you can bet this little fiasco will follow
Bush to his grave. This kind of horrible blunder will now be called ' the Bush".

I will always take great pleasure in telling my children and grandchildren about the president who cared more for making himself a war president than he did for the thousands of young lives he killed.

I hope his conscience bothers him until the day he dies and that he is haunted by the faces of thousands of promising young people who never got to live out their lives.. all for his stupidity!

If the next admin is republican then they will get Rumsfeld back and Wolfowitz (once the world bank kicks him out), its another war against Iran coming. Also Cheney will move his office to the pentagon permanently and Condi Rice will be in charge of propaganda (lies). Question is can they steal 3 election in a row

WHAT term as "president"??? He wants to max the PROFITS there for Halliburton (et al), and fail all the way to his numbered bank accounts at "private" offshore banks. Dumbya is kind of an evil Forrest Gump on steroids.... or coke? Down with Dictator Dumbya!!!

No. He's doing everything he can to get the US into Iran before handing it off to the next numbskull afraid of losing face by complete withdrawal.

is he doing anything to end the war in iraq?

He's interested in victory, which would benefit not only the US and Iraq, but many other countries. Putting a timetable on victory isn't generally considered the brightest of ideas.

LOL I love this question. I think it will drag on if Hillary gets in. Then the RNC has a chance of getting back into things. If the dems end it then they lose.
