That's cool!!! I'm a 13 year old girl, and I know how to answer this. Go up to her and just have a friendly conversation. Say stuff like, your hair looks pretty, or your clothes are nice. Girls like this stuff! I wish you the best of luck!!!

be ur self dude. complement her, if she gets her hair done or nails or somethin let her know u notice by complementing it. dont think to much and stay cool. dont be too pushy show her ur playful side but also leting her see that ur a serious person.
AND MOST IMPORTANT. dont be afraid. a lot of girls like confedence in a guy, also be polite and dont try to show off or tell stories that arent true. it'll come back to bite u in the ***

you should look her in her eyes.just be like whats up? and ask how she is then say how you are if shes the quiet type then she'll want you 2 talk if shes the talkative type let her do the talking...not all of you dont want it 2 seem like your not listening so just respond when she says something

Just tell her you like her a lot and ask her if she would like to go out with you. Smile and be friendly but don't reach out to touch her unless she touches you first. Hope that helps.

Talk about stuff you're genuinely interested in, things that are relevant to your immediate surroundings or situation... do not focus entirely on her (it's creepy) or on you (it's selfish). Think of it as talking to your aunt or something.
