Nope...I've known the word. It appeared in a conversation I had recently. Persnickety means: fussy about small details/having the characteristics of a snob. Thanks.

Yep; definitely, but in an easy-going way (if that's possible).
And persnickety is correct; an alternate for it is pernickety--it's a variation of the word, but spelled with an 's' is the more common spelling.

I'm proud to say I'm not. as long as we all get to the same desination, does it matter who's route we take? If someone else makes the cole slaw, does it matter if it's different than yours? If your hair doesn't turn out quite right, it's ok, hair grows back and you get another chance. Be open! Embrace diversity!

i dont know....i dont eat condaments, onion, peas, MAYO, italian dressen, most green vegetables(besides asperagus, brroccoli, zuchinni, amd did i mention i hate onion?? and i dont eat pork. disgudting. i wash my hands a lot...i put deoderant on before i go to bed...idont know what oyur looking for....
