Let me guess, you are using vista right. Yeah, its a small bug with vista. It happens on some of the low-end computers. But its impossible for me to just give you a good answer just from knowing that your computer is a new computer. Give me the model, the specifics(disk space, Operating system, ram, ect. )

You say new, do you mean new to you but second hand or really new. If it's a brand new one take it back to the supplier, show them whats happening and get it sorted while it's under warranty. Hope this helps.

You may have to much stuff on it that has tuck up all your member space if so put a exter member board in it
should take of it.
