how do i get a divorce i have no money and i cant worki just had surgery?

my husband has another woman we have been married for 20 years we have a doughter 17 after my surgery he ask me to start looking for an apartment because he wants a divorce i cant work a or have any money what do i do dies any one know?

Get a lawyer immediately. Your husband will have to pay child support and alimony as soon as you initiate the divorce proceedings. He may also be responsible for your attorney's bills. As soon as possible, you will also need to find some kind of job.

unfortunatley there is a cost for divorce i just file and it cost me over 500.00 dollars. sorry and good luck
