I started feeling a little pressure down there. It wasn't anything painful or severe, but it was definitely different than what I HAD been feeling before that.

I went to the doctor before because of feeling generalized pain, not specifically knowing that I was dialating... The doctor did an examination, and I was 2cm dialated. I was like that for a couple weeks, actually. WIth my second child I was 4 cm dialated before being examined. Maybe some women can tell when they are starting to dialate, but I know for sure that I couldn't tell what was specifically happening! However, I think you would definitely know you were dialating if you progressed much farther than that. The contractions became more severe at 4-5cm.

I so undergo in ideas being on your place!!! each and every physique advised me,, 'you will comprehend' whilst that's time. and you comprehend what,, they're desirable. you merely comprehend! A kinda seen photograph i will provide you is, photograph your abdomen is a balloon that has been crammed to the brim with water. Now attempt and squeeze the balloon interior the middle gently. that's how i felt on the very beginning up of labour. 12 hours on, and now squeeze the balloon as complicated as you could interior the middle and see how the balloon is merely streatched to the max and bulging. whilst that's your physique on the top, contracting your abdomen soo tight that there is not greater area for something. I had alot of braxton hicks interior the lead as much as labour,, the main ingredient i undergo in ideas grow to be the day earlier it began, the rigors have been quite greater severe than time-honored. If pains are coming tremendously common and greater importantly they strengthen in discomfort over various hours,, it must be nicely worth a visit on your record/hosp to verify in case you're on your way! yet like i stated on the beginning up, i had no theory,, then it handed off. have faith me you will so comprehend whilst labour starts off! Goodluck to you and your little bambino!

NO. It could take all day to get to birth time. They cannot feel the 1 cm. They feel the early contractions.

I thought I was still having Bracks Hicks. The Dr. examined me and I was at 6 and sent me to the Hospital.

I know it really depends on on the individual. My sister in law had so little pain she delivered in the elevator twice.

I never did. The only way you know is when you have a vaginal exam and they tell you if you have dialated.
