Yes...He can...Whether he will depends on the Giants...

Yeah, he can improve and get better and I think he will. But the fact of the matter is that he isn't Peyton and never will be. If you're expecting that kind of improvement you'll be sadly dissapointed. I think most of what he needs to do is mental, he seems to rush himself sometimes which forces him into bad decisions with the ball. As some other people have stated, a better o-line wouldn't hurt either.

Of course he can. it would help to field a good team around him. The offensive line needs serious improvement. The receivers and tight ends need to go out and get some new attitudes and learn to be team players. The defense needs to be better.
He could be doing things better, and he probably will get better, but that won't matter or be all that evident without a better team around him.

eli can improve, just not as fast as anyone wants him to, he was thrown into the fire way too fast and he is struggling because of it, he needs and offensive coordinator and QB coach that will slow things down an put more of the offense on someone else

i guess he can but i dont think he will. He has been there for a couple years now, and lets see what he has had to work with:

Tiki- One of the best back in football, now gone.
Shockey-One of the best TEs in football
Toomer and Burress-One of the best WR tandems in the NFL

The giants did nothing to improve their o-line, i think they only drafted one tackle and that was in the 6th round i think. If Manning hadnt done it by now , he WONT.

Of course he can. Like any other player, Football is a team sport. If you don't have quality players around you, you won't succeed. Just look at Edjerrin James. Everyone thought he was good. Just look what he did behind a horrible O-Line in Arizona.

Lets face it. He sucks. The Giants need to admit they made a mistake in getting him. Then the healing can begin.

Not until the Giants get some real offensive coaches.
