guilty of crimes against humanity and violations of the Constitution.

I bet you Bush supporters wouldn't say not guilty if you were an Iraqi who lost his or her family , friends, and home in an air bombing and then was tortured, and if female, also raped. Last time I checked that behavior is war crimes.

Since you did not *PROVIDE* any charges, guess you gotta let him go.

Sorry.

I consider the Bush administration guilty of one crime and only one crime, and this is a violation of MANY people's Fourth Amendment rights against illegal search and seizure. This is the crime that was committed by the illegal wiretapping without a warrant.

All the other stupid, pointless, destructive, and senseless things they have done were, unfortunately, legal. Or at least within Presidential prerogative.

But tapping a phone without a warrant is illegal. No amount of 'domenstic terrorism threats' can give the government the right to deny our basic freedoms.

And really, all you Republicans out there, I cannot believe that you can stand beside such an action. Imagine if, because of the threat of domestic terrorism, Bush decided to deny us all our SECOND Amendment rights and started rounding up all our firearms. You would all be in a tizzy over that. But you don't seem to have any problem with Bush denying us our right to privacy. So, you only worry about government violating SOME of our rights? If they can take one away, then there's nothing stopping them from taking them all. Wake up.

And don't say it can't happen to you. Because it really, really CAN.

Read the 5th amendment with out evidence you have no case, which makes you Bush-bashing "libernazi". I took the time to vote for them twice with no regrets, I do, however, question his immigration policy!!

note to: chedron:The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

there is nothing in the 4th amendment guaranteeing a right to privacy, this is a myth of the Clinton admin.!!!! get over it, I'll let the gov't hear my phone calls if it keeps my kids school from blowing up!!!!BTW: cell phones & cordless phones use free air space (NO TAP OR WARRANT IS REQUIRED)

Two World Wars cost 70 million lives. All ex-enemies are close friends now.. Bush is not violating law of his country. He may be doing his best to serve his country but his policies are costing a lot in human lives and money. Please pray for the people of Iraq and American soldiers posted there.

First, let us define "crimes against humanity", then state the specifics of the alleged constitutional violations, be specific. Untill these questions are answeres together with supporting evedence, no intelegent vote can be rendered.

Interesting but STUPID

Exactly what constitutional laws did they break, if there
were any laws the democrats would already have voted
for impeachment even knowing that he might be aquitted

But to answer your question I would want to hear all of the
charges and see all of the facts and proof of any wrong
doing.

Start with telling me who Bush or Cheney RAPED

Are you guys still pissed of that Bill Clinton was impeached
and that he is a convited felon?

First I need to know who arrested them, what are the charges, were they informed of their rights, Did they understand their rights, and if there is enough evidence to support an arrest warrant. I don't know about your country but in my country people are presumed innocent until proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Your question implies that we should have a trial to determine punishment without even having a crime. I think that is exactly why our forefathers created the constitution in the first place. So what charges are your prejudicial views finding them guilty of?

not guilty, and I bet your wrong about your bet. just because they do something that libs don't approve of, which is anything they do, doesn't mean they're guilty of crimes against humanity, only crimes against libs (in libs minds), dip wad.

You didn't say what they were on trial for.

I assume war crimes, because they both are guilt of those!

Vote Ron Paul!
