Have you ever had a chance to use a line from a movie in a real life situation?

I was selling my car to a buddy of mine. He came over and was checking it out and asking the usual questions. Then he asked, "So what's wrong with it?"
To which I replied, "Nothin', far as I know the muth*r#@cku's tip-top."
Luckily he was familiar with that quote as well, so we had ourselves a little chuckle.
Anybody else have similar instances?

TopGun's "I feel the Neeeeeeeed... the need for SPEED" was quoted often at our helicopter squadron... as a COMPLETE joke.

Actually I had a quote worked INTO a movie !!

While flying Donald Stewart (screenwriter) for "Hunt for Red October" out to the USS Reuben James he was getting airsick... I made some inappropriate comments while eating a nasty hot-pastrami sub it became:

What's the matter Commander? You don't like flying, huh? Aw, this is nothing! You should've been with us five, six months ago! Whoa! You talk about puke! We ran into a hailstorm over the Sea of Japan. Everybody's retching their guts out! The pilot shot his lunch all over the windshield, and I barfed on the radio! Shorted it out completely! And it wasn't that lightweight stuff either, it was that chunky industrial weight puke!

I quote the godfather and Scarface constantly to everyone. I also love some Chris Rock stand up quotes. A few days ago I was eating at a Sushi spot and someone was tlaking about octopus. I said, " I eat octopus for breakfast, lunch and dinner mang, I got octopus coming out of my friggin ears mang" Tony Montana

Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know which one you're going to pick. That is such a simple but meaning full quote from Forrest Gump. It's very touching Andi find myself quoting it a lot . i also tand to quote some witty lines from this that and the other. they sort of stick to my head if its witty enough a pun for a little nutter like me !

Awesome question!!

I once used the great line that Mickey Rourse said to Eric Roberts in the Pope of Greenwhich Village to my brother in law. He was making a scene at a party, so I go:

"Why don't you just f*ckin' grow up?"
