They're getting bounded on the rebounds (60-32 in game 2) and why don't they put biedrins and harrington upfront?

Then they have a decent inside game going and they'll be good enough to defend boozer/okur and score 2

J rich can match up with AK -47 and they can bring jackson (who is struggling) off the bench.

They could put Baron on Fisher and ease the defensive pressure on him and put monta ellis against deron williams...he'll drive it to the basket like crazy and put deron williams in foul trouble

Matt barnes could be the guy comin off the bench for the guard spot and the ycould move baron to the point.

its a versatile team that could play half court too and some defense too like they did with the mavs.

Unless they change into something like this that involves some kind of power game, they're not gonna advance.

Their running game isn't as sharp anymore and they're runnin outta gas.

who knows same thing might happen to the suns, buy they have STAT inside

I think after a devastating loss like they had in game 2, that they will not recover. They had no business losing that game.

Golden State has something to build on. Dallas was eliminated because they are all "smoke and mirrors". Dallas relies too heavily on jump shots (live by the jumper...DIE by the jumper).

Golden State has not been together long enough to be a "team". What's more, they do not have a true Center and rely too heavily on athleticism to make up for their lack of size.

If Chris Mullin can keep their core group together and get a quality big man that is not a lazy, fat slob like so many young guys over 6'10" and doesn't have Mad Cow Disease like Kwame Brown they will be in good shape next year.

They might not do much the rest of this year but they have already proved some things to the Western Conference. Don't sleep on Golden State.

Don't give up on this team yet. For them to go to Utah and take the Jazz to the ropes like they did. Is impressive. Now granted, they had a chance to win both of this games and did not prevail. But they are heading home now to the Raucous crowd of Golden State. Expect the warriors to take both games at home. That city has been waiting too long for the warriors to go down. Warriors in 6.

im mad at nellie because he hasnt put much faith in a lot of guys and now is not the time to be holding guys back. i dont agree with this 8 man rotation. he needs to put in our veteran center adonal foyle even if only for defensive purposes. come on... so he hasnt played much this regular season because nellie preferred andris over him but adonal is a monster on defense if you tell him to be. and we're most definitely gonna need that for rebounding and blocks... that's obvious with the huge size disadvantage the warriors face. andris still has much to learn. heck put in josh powell too and let us see what he can do! kelenna azabuike... he proved in the regular season that he could come off the bench and light it up too just like matt barnes. i just wish he would get another chance to get in there because he's an adequate guard-forward too. sarunas is still warming up that bench but i have a feeling he wont get playing time at all.

its obvious baron cant play 35-40+ minutes with the jazz... he'll just get worked on because the jazz is playing the warriors tempo. monta needs to step up and help baron out as point guard... we still havent seen the same explosiveness that he had in his game during the regular season. that funk needs to end real soon. i agree about what you said with baron on fisher and monta on deron. ive seen these matchups before and they do work in the warriors favor, especially with monta because he and deron are almost similar players... both are lighting fast! baron just cant run with deron... not with that hamstring and especially not down the stretch.

matt barnes should not start against the jazz. he did great getting the start in game 6 vs dallas but not this time. hes much better off coming from the bench with his energy and hustle. what's great about him is he can cover for any position so if he comes off the bench he will be a threat to the jazz and he will give the warriors that extra boost they need to get it going when they need it.

harrington as center is great, but he's still not used to that role yet and we need a big solid guy to get up on those boards. i say keep him as a forward from now on, especially since he's a very accurate 3 point shooter we could always use that. and jackson... dont know what's going on with that guy but he needs to find his rhythm just like monta. but hey... im still believing!! let's take one home guys!!! GO WARRIORS! =)

They have been competitive enough that they certainly have a shot, though the odds are always against you when you are down 2-0. If Kirilenko keeps this up, though, the Jazz might have a legitimate shot to win the whole deal.

Golden St. is great at home, so I could see them tying the series, which puts us right back where we started.

The Warriors can definitely do it. being a kings fan, the Warriors are another my favorite team in the west. but yeah, they can definitely win these two at home. go back to utah, and win. i have confidence in them, they're a strong team that beat the #1 seed, the Dallas Mavericks. they can do it
