I think its hard to see when you are on the inside. I would do this sometimes only to realise that it is really the other person! And your right it sometimes takes a while to realise and too often it is after you have given yourself a hard time! Its only when you take a step back that you realise its not your fault all the time. I think it is better than some people who blame others all the time and never see their faults in anything!!! You just need to find balance and the good thing about looking if you can be to blame lets you take control of yourself in the situation. It is a self esteem and confidence issue- normally when these are low you think you are to blame for the littlest of things..........trust me i know! I suggest reading some self help books or try seeing a councillor to help raise your self esteem and confidence issues.
Good luck.

I have had this problem recently when I was getting picked on for no reason at work. It's sad to say this when I am 28 and think I'm quite normal!!!! Although it knocked my confidence and I assumed I had done something to cause it, and saw it as a failing or weakness in myself. I am still struggling to get my confidence back.

The only advice I can offer is to rise above it. It's probably jealously.

Would be better for you if you could see the people for what they are first eh? Unfortunately it does take a while to get to know anyone, it's only then you can make an informed decision whether to keep them as friends.

Don't get angry as that usually fuels them for more animosity.

This is a natural reaction on your part. Turn away, put your hand over your heart and say a short prayer. Your anger should subside or be reduced. Then go on with your life. If you focus on your hurts, it will only reduce your ability to focus on living what your life is supposed to be---working, studying, being happy, etc.

because yu have no feeling of self worth, you feel your to blame for things going wrong, this could go much deeper if you also didn't have the sense to see reason. its an initial anger thing that u are obviously learning to control but carry on as normal, no one's perfect and we all have our ways of controlling anger to a sense. dont self analyse it can do more damage than good, just learn to control your anger and emotions better your fine.

I don't like to tell too many people about my personal business...
1. I don't want to depress them
2. I'm never too sure why they want to know

I've been hurt also and it makes it hard to trust others.
No need for blame. You just need to realize they aren't worthy of ya and move on.

It sounds like you don't want to blame others for what went wrong you just want to see the good side in people.

you might feel it's safer to blame yourself, as taking back the anger on yourself is much easier...
or maybe you feel less than other people...
in these cases I would try to be an observer outside your body, and introspect... why and what exactly makes me do this?
