Code is the wrong word to use, unless Windows IE said enter password to access this site, which is local site permission access on the Windows system. The admin would be the person who set this up and I dont think you he is going to give you the password and no one on answers knows the password.

You can use firefox on flash drive to bypass this, google for "installing firefox on flash drive" for more info.

If your talking about the school network doesnt let you go to the site, then this is becuase the school network has filters for what sites you can and cant go to.

Then now you need to use a proxy, which lets you bypass this security settings on your network.

Go to google and type in "proxy browsing" and use one of these proxy sites.
