Are dubai dirhams from 1998 still in circulation?

Hmmm today I just recieved one banknote of 100 dirhams, and noticed that the year on it was "1998". So isn't that a little old??

Don't worry. it is still under circulation.

sure it's still in circulation. i work in the international airport and used to get much older notes and even coins (remember the very big Dirham coins :) they all work till now. don't worry.
