Denial of bail doesn't strike me as unreasonable when the crime is conspiracy to commit mass murder. Three of them are prime flight risks, as well (not even in the country legally!).
Though there are some things that could indicate a curtailment of civil liberties since 9/11, this in not one of them.

Hey, Binky, I've got an idea for ya; why don't you call up Homeland Security and offer to take responsibility for 'em until their sentencing hearing? You'll house and feed 'em, ferry 'em to their legal and psychological testing appointments, and just generally be responsible for 'em.
Good idea? You ARE capable of showing responsibility, aren't you? Good, I thought so! So, what are you waiting for - get on the phone and MAKE THE CALL! Don't make me come over there and make you!!!

Bail is routinely denied in a case where there is a risk for flight or violence
Bush hasn't a thing to do with this; complain to the judge.

I believe that some are not American citizens. In those cases, they have no civil liberties as you state in your question. The US Constitution does not grant rights to non-citizens. Furthermore, I believe they came here illegally.

You are scary.Very scary!!! What would you suggest they do? Let them go so they can skip the country. They are being held for that very reason. Not to mention the notion that they admitted they wanted to kill hundreds of our soldiers and innocent by standers!!!Ouch!

Best to safer than sorry in the case of suspected terrorists.
Hey, they could have all been shot dead by a bunch of trigger happy Inner City cops.

Why should they get bail? Bail is not guaranteed, that's why there is a bail hearing. They are caught on tape talking about attacking Fort Dix.
