Hi, I'm almost 8 weeks pregnant and I guess you could say I'm just "worried" right now about something happening to the baby. Call it over reading things in books or on the internet but I am. How soon do you know if you have had a miscarriage? And what about the fetus dying inside? I have read where it can take up to days or weeks before you know this for sure. Do you usually have cramps when this happens or bleed? I was having very minimal cramping early this week kind of like a few days before you start your period nothing painful. I went to doctors on Mon and Wed. got blood tests and my hormone level has been going up which is great. My breast soreness is almost completely gone and I am just not hungry much at all..i'm just concerened. Is it all in my head?? Please help me answer these questions. Thank you all very much

I dont think you have anything to worry about. If you start bleeding, then you can start to worry a little. as far as the "fetus dying inside" that can happen, and you wouldnt find out until they tried to look for a heartbeat or did other tests. But there is nothing to be worried about. if you are having a miscarriage there will be A LOT of blood, and there will be clots. I think you shouldn't worry about it and enjoy your pregnancy. Good luck!

I went through the same thing when I was 8 weeks pregnant. Very small cramping is normal if it was very severe then I would go see your doctor. They usually say that miscarriages happen in the first 10 weeks of pregnancy and its a little higher risk for first time moms like myself. I am now 22 weeks pregnant.

You can have a miscarriage at anytime. But if you did have one You would feel cramping and bleeding can also be a sign. But since you are 8-11 weeks it's normal for cramping because now your uterus is stretching to have room for the baby. If this is your first baby then it is all in your head. Just calm down and relax after you pass next couple of weeks you will be fine and so will your baby. I did the same thing you did but if you stress yourself out too much you can suffer from a miscarriage.

It's normal to have all of these thoughts, but you need to try to remind yourself that it's all in your head. You will naturally feel worried because of motherly instinct, but don't stress yourself out over it because that is not good for you or your baby. IF something happens at this point there is nothing you can do about it so DONT STRESS. I'm sure you're fine. Cramping is normal in the first weeks even at two months, your body is going through so many changes and trying to adjust, and every pregnancy is different, i ate like a horse with my first one and i had to force myself to eat with my second. I just had no appetite. eat healthy and bland to get your nutrition and if nothing else, eat whatever sounds good to you because something unhealthy is better than nothing at all. good luck to you and God bless.

All in your head. :)

You're fine. Symptoms coming & going are very normal. I have to make myself eat actually, I'm never hungry & I'm almost 11 weeks along. Mild cramping is also very normal, I still get it from time to time.

Try not to worry (hard, I know), but you have no reason to think anything has gone wrong with your pregnancy.

worrying is normal! But if every woman who worried about a miscarrage had one, there wold be no babies! If your hormones are fine and you have seen the heart beat you have little to worry about. Try to enjoy you pregnancy. Even if, God forbid, you do lose this baby, you can still have happy memories of being pregnant, not just memories of worries! Congrats and good luck!

All in your head
Try not to read so much and try to relax. I felt the same, I have a beautiful girl that was born on her due date. a healthy 9lbs.
Relax and enjoy. The doctor would have picked up something if something was wrong.
Your stress could be harmful for the baby! RELAX
