I believe that's 'wicca stick'...and (I may be wrong) but it refers to a staff that followers of the wicca or wiccan craft use.
Wicca is an order of witchcraft -

Wicca is a pagan religion, the stick is something I don't kow about.
Please note that I do not confuse religion and Christianity, they are not the same thing.
