Lemons, all during the year, I will cut up a bowl of lemon or mix them with grapefruits or oranges and let them set out and the house smells fresh and summery all the time.

For me its lime. I drink a lot of limeade in the summer. I would also go with tropical scents. Coconut and pineapples. My neighbor has jasmine and huney suckle and that always reminds me of the beginning of summer because the scent is very strong in the air.

Honeysuckle and roses, sunscreen lotion (the kind that smells like coconut), aloe, and bbq. I wouldn't want my home to smell like a bbq pit, lol, but like buttered corn or something along those lines, maybe watermelon. Cherry snowcones....I could go on forever, I love summer smells, fresh air, etc.

Lilac and lavender.
Freshly cut grass.
The gun powder scent of an exploded firecracker (ok, but not as a home smell!)
Chlorine filled public pools.
Sun tan lotion.
Tomato plants.
