I have been diagnosed with HPV and had the cancer causing strain. Had a hysterectomy due to stage 4 cervical dysplasia as some malignant lesions removed from my labia. Now I have what I am almost positive as warts but have not been sexually active in over 18 months.

I have at least two different kinds of HPV. I have a kind that caused cervical cancer for me about 6 years ago and I have a kind that caused genital warts for me about a year ago. So, it's definitely possible you could have two or more different kinds.

The chances of having more than one strain of HPV are very high. With your history I would take it very seriously and see your doctor right away.
