here in oregon there is a pill you can take until you are 8 weeks pregnant that just causes you to start bleeding and gets rid of the pregnancy and after 8 weeks you have until 14 weeks pregnant to be able to get surgery for an abortion. but im pretty sure they wouldnt give you an abortion at 14 weeks but anything before that.
so up until 13 weeks! Everyone is saying 12 but in reality 13 weeks is really the end of the first trimester. when you start your 14th week is when you start the 2nd trimester and they will not give you an abortion after the 1st trimester

It depends on where you are.
In British Columbia you can get an abortion up until I believe it is 24 weeks. However, in some US states up until the end of your 25th week, but for this late you need a medical reason to do it.
Editing to say that different sources say different things about these rules. According to what I found, most abortions are done before 12 weeks. A few doctors in BC will do on-request abortions to 20 weeks. In rare cases where continuing the pregnancy would endanger the life of the mom, even later abortions can be arranged. Volunteer abortions i think are up to 16 weeks at some places and 12 weeks at others.

in florida you can get an abortion up to 24 weeks which i don not by the way recommend...u have other options
