If you have the ability to download podcasts, there is some dance instruction that is available in a video format. I have provided some ideas. You may want to do an internet search for more ideas.

You can find some by searching Yahoo! Podcasts Search: http://podcasts.yahoo.com/search?t=1&p=dance

How about iDance.net's learn to dance podcast: http://podcasts.yahoo.com/series?s=68b0fa8d91c962a73f74a51eeddc5fbc

iDance.net will also SELL downloads to help you learn to dance: http://www.idance.net/

Addicted to Salsa has a podcast you can download: http://www.addicted2salsa.com/podcast.php

it is really hard to learn the right moves of dance over the internet. i would think if you have time to learn to dance over the net, you have the time to dance at a studio. some places are only 30-45 minutes.
