I know I am like, 20 years late, but I watched it last night and I'd love some feedback on what anyone reckons was going on. The little tiny pensioners scared me! And how Twin Peaks was it, OMG!

Memento is freaky too, you're right. But it kind of made sense. Whereas Mulholland Drive didn't. But as Androdyne said, I need to wathc it a few more times I think.

worlds and realities intertwining. lynch is famous for creating several narrative threads that intertwine...twist and turn...its really a film about evolving, maturing, acceptance, discovery....everytime i watch it i notice something else....
oft`times his characters` lives change, become something else....its all to provide a deeper exploration of the human mind

by the way, memento is NOTING like mulholland drive...it hasnt the depth and genuineness of lynch...Lynch is unique in film history as far as insight into the human mind goes...so is lars von trier...memento was alright, not bad, but kinda commercial, too hollywood. anyways, nothing like lynch

i watched it last year in my AP lit class cause my teacher decided we could relax and made us watch all these movies and write papers on them. so when we watched 'mulholland drive' i was so confused! and the movie was really intense kind of scary.

basically the movie falls into the concept of imagination vs. reality. i can't really tell you anymore about it cause i was super confused. another movie that is mind boggling just like mulholland drive is memento! that movie was confusing and intense too.

I've seen it a couple times, and I'm still not sure about it. I'm sure it would help if I would stay awake during the whole thing.
