No the guy who did the shooting is responsible.
He is the one who bought the gun not the adminstrations.

You know who should be on the list responsible.
Anyone who bully the odd kid in school.
Anyone who didn't come to the aid of odd kid who got bully at school.
Any parent who did care their kid was a bully in school.
Anyone who want to blame others but not taking responsiblity for their actions.
Anyone who didn't reach out to him and try to be his friend.
Anyone who thinks more laws are the solution.
Anyone who thinks less guns are the solution.
Anyone who wants a simple answer.

Yep we all had a hand in it.

Not at all. Colleges are not prisons, they are places for kids to grow up and become independent, free thinking human being. Its sad that this happened but the VT administration did not act any differently than any other large university would have. Sure they could have put out an email earlier, this makes sense now, but crime scene investigation is not a fast process. Any criticism is all in retrospect to what happened. This was an unprecedented scenario that can now only be prepared for by VT as well as all other universities.

NO, the only blame for this tragedy lies with the madman that pulled the trigger over 170 times, killing over 30 people. Beyond that, is it to much to ask that some of the sane citizens/student should have had the option to be armed? OBVIOUSLY the "gun free zone" approach isn't working, now is it?

the admin at VT is not responsible for that tragedy...

society failed Cho Seung-Hui. he displayed all of the classic anti-social warning signs for a long time. you can never stop such tragedies from occurring if a person is willing to sacrifice his/her life.
