anyone else know of how to complain about the walgreens in plainwell ,mi pharmacy .

i agree, im not from your area but the service and the pharmacist were just horrible! They had no idea about helping a customer!!
i would first off go directly to that store and complain to the manager. but dont stop there, because most likely they will just listen and say oh ok we will handle the problem.
take it a step further if you desire and contact district manager or headquarters.. really im not sure exactly who but there is a number to call, if you ask/ demand those numbers they have to give them to you

The store manager at Walgreens has no real power over the pharmacy. Pharmacy administration is separate.

Apart from a useless website, find their headquarters address or call another store and request information on their regional manager.
