Let u , v and x be VECTORS.
A is angle between u and v.
u . x = |u| |x| cos A
v . x = |v| |x| cos A

(u . x) / (v . x) = |u| / | v|
|u . x| / |v . x| = |u| / |v|
Answer is YES
