If all goes well, your body will be picked up by an ambulance and taken to the morgue. Depending on how you died, you may receive an autopsy before you are either embalmed and buried or cremated. Eventually, in either case, you will decompose back into the earth, feeding millions of organisms.
As for your spirit (assuming there is such a thing), it can do any number of things. If you follow the Christian route, you go to either Heaven, Purgatory, or Hell. Judaism says Heaven. Islam says Heaven or Hell. Hinduism says you rejoin the Paramatman. Buddhism says you reincarnate (except for certain sects, who believe that you might attain perfect bliss and go to a Heaven-like place after being reborn/going through a Purgatory-like state in a giant lotus).

It is a belief that after death, when the soul reaches heaven or hell, at the entrance gate you will be directed to the inquiry counter, they will open your file and you will be guided from there on............!, Just follow the security guard.
