People ask me how I survive on just 4 hours of sleep a day.

It's 'cause I get about 8 or 10 hours a night.

It certainly is not normal and I envy you. I wish I could sleep 4 hrs a night. You obviously are lacking in an important vitamin that gives you energy. I would see a Dr. about this. Do you stay up a long time at night? Try Vitamin C, it certainly will give you some energy, but first, I would speak to a Dr.because the biggest cause of oversleeping is depression. Please look into it.

See a doctor...and if this makes you feel better, I have 6 hours of sleep on the weekdays and about 12-14 in the weekends. I'm fine as I am.

Yep. It is definitely unhealthy. And I don't recommend caffeine as a solution. I recommend a visit to your doctor. There are many medical, biological, and psychological causes that could be your problem. Depression is a high likelihood. Talk it over with the doc! Good luck!
